3. Bolero at Tiburon — Naples 

  • Removed aged plant material
  • Added plants with color and texture to highlight the monument sign
  • Used a strong burgundy color hedge as a contrast to the white wall
  • Rearranged boulders to enhance space
  • Added seasonal annuals to the front of the plant bed
  • Replaced plants in the pool area—tropical / shade tolerant with color

4. Flora Parke — Jacksonville

  • Removed declining plant material
  • Added plants with color and texture to highlight the monument sign
  • Added hedge to draw focus on signage
  • Added seasonal annuals to the front of a plant bed
  • Replaced declining turf

  • Added evergreen specimen plants to anchor sign edges, (cone-shaped)
  • Added seasonal annuals to the front of the plant bed

6. Paradise Palms—Sanford

  • Replaced sheared plants with a more organic layout
  • Added plants with color and texture and needing less pruning/shearing
  • Added ground cover with color at the entrance to units

7. Siesta Towers—Sarasota

  • Replaced sheared plants with a more organic layout
  • Added plants with color and texture and needing less pruning/shearing
  • Added colorful hibiscus to contrast against the white wall
  • Added feature ornamental palms centered against the wall
  • Used small border plants to create an edge of the planting bed
